On January 23rd, students taking Tourism and Hospitality Studies undertook a 1-day learning visit to The Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel. Activities included gaining insights into hotel enterprise operations and corporate culture, experiencing the functioning of various departments, and understanding the working lives of hotel industry staff. They also visited the Mr Yu Panglin Memorial Hall to learn about his philanthropic contributions to society.
