Homework Policy
Appropriate homework for the subjects of Chinese, English and Mathematics will be set at least 3 times a week for junior secondary forms while at least twice a week for senior secondary forms
Homework set for other subjects at least once a week.
Arranging at least once “non-exercise book” (creative) homework such as report writing, model making, newspaper clipping every academic year.
Assessment Policy
For S1-S5, coursework weights 40% (including 20% for continual assessment, 20% for test), exam result weights 60%; for S6, coursework weights 40% (including 20% for continual assessment, 20% for test), exam result weights 60%.
Continual assessment may include dictation, homework, thematic study, performance in class, etc.
There are at least 2 tests for the subjects of Chinese, English and Mathematics each term while other subjects will have 1 test (excluding quizzes).
