Notes on School Bus Service:

1. The school bus fee is calculated based on 10 months per academic year. Parents are required to pre-pay the fees for September and October. Subsequent payments will be collected every two months, totaling 5 installments for the entire school year.
2. If you wish to terminate the school bus service, one month’s advance written notice must be given to the school bus service provider.
3. Once the registration period closes, the bus service provider will finalize and confirm all routes and drop-off times based on the actual enrollment. The school bus nanny will then contact parents individually with the details.
4. Due to limited seating capacity, bus spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A seat will be reserved immediately upon receipt of the deposit for September and October (which signifies the official commencement of service). Therefore, all pre-paid school bus deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Your cooperation and understanding are highly appreciated.
5. Please note that the exact bus stop locations for the Lam Tin & Yau Tong Route and the Tseung Kwan O Route are subject to adjustments and changes depending on the actual number of applicants.
6. The school bus service provider does not provide services for delivering or conveying students’ homework or personal items.
7. We welcome suggestions from parents regarding bus routes and scheduling to help us provide a safer and better commuting environment for all students.
8. To ensure student safety and avoid disrupting the schedule for other children, parents/guardians must arrive at the bus stops on time to pick up or drop off their children. For students who require parental supervision upon dismissal, if no parent/guardian is present when the bus arrives, the student will be taken back to the school for safety, and parents must arrange self-pick-up from the school campus.
