In the GA110 Hong Kong Inter-School 3 x 3 Basketball Championship 2025 on May 11, Hon Wah alumni, Hui Ngo Yau (1st from left), Ma Tan Tan (2nd from left) and Ma Tan Fung (1st from right), played for their schools in the Tertiary School Division, of which Ma Dan Fung from the HKU Basketball Team, studying at the Faculty of Architecture of HKU, also a member of the Hong Kong Delegation Team, won the Best Shooter Award in the competition. Hui Ngo Yau and Ma Tan Tan are members of the VTC Basketball Team.
