3. Application Methods
Parents may submit applications
to schools in person or through the SSPA e-Platform of the Education Bureau. Regardless of whether the applications are submitted in paper form or through the SSPA e-platform, the following documents must be attached (for e-Platform submission, Item No. (4) is excluded. No recommendation letter from primary school is required).
- Copies of P5 & P6 academic results;
- Copies of attendance / merit certificates for extra-curricular or community service activities;
- Copy of identity card;
- “Application Form for S1 Discretionary Place” issued by the Education Bureau;
- Completed “Application Form for Admission 2026/2027” of our school;
- Half-length, full-face photo recently taken;
4. Interview
- Interview will be arranged for all applicants, the relevant invitation letters will be issued in due course.
- Interview Date : First half of March 2026 (Tentative)

6. 36 places will be offered for the S1 Discretionary Places Application (2026/2027).
7. Release of Result
Parents of successful applicants will be notified on March 31, 2026 (Tuesday) (by phone and by post). Reserve and unsuccessful applicants will not receive any notification.
8. Personal Information Collection Statement:
In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the personal data provided by applicants will only be used for the school’s admission application. Upon completion of the application process, data submitted by successful applicants shall be kept in the school’s student database, and may be disclosed to the Education Bureau upon request or made available to the designated staff for allocation/placement and other education-related purposes. Data submitted by unsuccessful applicants shall be deleted upon completion of the application process.
