From March 25 to 27, S4 students went to Gaoming for a three-day immersive study tour “Building Dreams Together at Vibrant Gaoming”.
The participants visited Yangmei Primary School, where they conducted English class activities for local primary school students and organized friendly competitions to foster exchanges between the two schools. They also picked and processed tea in the town and experienced dragon kiln pottery, immersing themselves in the charm of intangible cultural heritage; they visited the Haitian Soy Sauce Sunshine Factory and the Su Village Koi Culture Street, witnessing traditional craftsmanship and rural revitalization; they also toured an environmental protection enterprise to learn about waste-to-energy incineration, thereby strengthening their understanding of green development.
Centred on the theme of “Culture + Education + Technology”, the programme enabled students to learn through hands-on experiences.
